Deco-Painting: the low-cost way I decorated the walls of my studio flat

Today I’m going to tell you about the triptych painting I received from Artwall & Co.

I love my paintings, they are perfect for decorating my student studio apartment!!

As a young student, I find my studio fairly modest. Which is normal, or so I tell myself, on the super-low budget that I have. But anyway, even if my humble abode is slightly outdated, that doesn’t mean I can’t make it look better with the decoration !

To make myself feel better, I have added a few personal touches. I was thinking about easy and simple ways to effectively decorate when I received this amazing gift from Artwall and Co : a painting that displayed something extraordinary, yet familiar at the same time: a painting of Paris and the famous Arc de Triomphe!

I chose a triptych painting for a triple-decorative effect !

Excitedly unwrapping my package, I discovered a triptych painting. I cannot even describe how happy and pleased I was – my eyes lit up! It was exactly what I needed to bring a bit of colour to my studio.

So, to explain what it is – it’s the same image spread across threes canvases. You put them side by side to create a whole picture. Although, separately they’re pretty special too. Together, they are completely wonderful.

Hang them above your bed to create a chic and trendy headboard!

If you don’t have a big wall, they are incredibly practical because the colours harmonise beautifully. And even more so on a white wall! Inside of buying lots of different wall decorations that may not go together, these allow you to keep everything consistent with an multi-panel work. And the effect is just so chic. I love it!

Urban deco-style paintings bring a fresh look to my studio

As you know, I’m a student and I have never really like classic deco or even retro.. it’s just not my style. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to customise my studio anymore due to my lack of funds and also in case I needed to move soon.

What I was missing was something I could easily take with me.

My triptych paintings are exactly what I need.

I love Paris and my triptych paintings so much!

The design  of this contemporary painting is so modern because of the image, the different shades and lights and all of the detailing. This urban style, which I didn’t even know I liked, has really enhanced my living space, making it fresh, trendy and chic. Girls, it just goes to show you don’t have to spend a fortune to transform your home.

A triptych painting in girly, modern colours really reflects my personality

My famous wall decoration really highlights how great the Avenue des Champs-Elysées is. And in the middle is the Arc de Triomphe! The really have amazing canvas prints.

On the left, the golden-yellow colour really contrasts with the silhouettes of the trees. On the right, it’s red which brings a touch of colour to the piece. Gold and red combine in the centre paining, under a pink and blue sky. If you look closely you can see the cars. The lampposts are glowing balls of light. But, above all, the first thing you notice is the Champs-Elysées!

Here’s my advice for successfully painting!

Hang it above your bed - big paintings are great for pepping-up your room.

This magnificent piece is 120 x 70 cm. You’ll understand why I love it so much. As well as being in colours that represent my personality, the painting really goes well in my modest studio. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the painting is UV and water resistant. This means I can put it opposite or near a window without worrying about the colours fading or any rain water damaging it!
